My name is Jake Anderson, and I am the owner of Kodiak Construction. I have been involved in the construction industry for nearly 20 years, beginning in high school working for my father's general contracting company. What started as an opportunity to learn the trades quickly developed into a passion for craftsmanship, problem-solving, and seeing projects take shape from concept to completion. 

Over the course of my career, I have worked across residential and commercial construction, gaining experience in custom homes, remodeling, carpentry, window and door installation, waterproofing systems, project management, and operations leadership. I have worked on projects ranging from residential renovations and custom homes to large-scale commercial and luxury residential developments throughout Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, and Utah.

As my career progressed, I moved into leadership roles overseeing crews, schedules, budgets, quality control, safety programs, and complex construction projects. These experiences taught me that successful projects require more than quality craftsmanship alone. Clear communication, accountability, organization, and attention to detail are equally important to delivering a great experience for clients.

I founded Kodiak Construction with a simple goal: to provide homeowners with a contractor they can trust. Whether we are installing windows and doors, completing a remodel, building an addition, constructing an outbuilding, or providing custom carpentry services, we approach every project with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to doing the job right.
