Who is this for?
If you own a home in Teton or Lincoln County Wyoming and are a Lower Valley Energy (LVE) member, you may qualify for low-interest financing through ECW and LVE’s Residential Energy Efficiency Loan Program.

This financing is only available to homeowners with an active LVE account in their name.
To qualify, the homeowner must have 12 months of on-time payments with LVE.
A home energy audit is required before loan approval, which also qualifies you for LVE rebates.
