The Challenge:
The existing shop structure had experienced significant settlement and deterioration, causing portions of the building to become unstable and begin leaning. The owner wanted to preserve the structure while restoring its safety and functionality.
The Solution:
The building was carefully braced and stabilized before the existing structural posts were removed. New concrete foundations were installed, new posts and framing were constructed, and the building was reassembled with repaired siding and exterior finishes. The project required careful planning and sequencing to maintain the integrity of the structure throughout the repair process.
